सार

This research investigates the relationship between stress management techniques and job satisfaction among secondary school teachers. Teachers often experience high levels of stress due to factors such as heavy workloads, classroom management challenges, administrative pressures, and societal expectations. The cumulative effect of these stressors can lead to burnout, decreased morale, and ultimately lower job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is critical not only for the well-being of teachers but also for the quality of education provided to students. This study aims to explore how stress management techniques, such as time management, relaxation exercises, mindfulness, and physical activity, influence the job satisfaction of secondary school teachers. A total of 100 secondary school teachers were surveyed using a structured questionnaire that assessed their use of stress management strategies and their overall job satisfaction. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis to examine the relationship between stress management practices and job satisfaction. The results indicate a significant positive correlation between stress management and job satisfaction, with teachers who utilized effective stress management techniques reporting higher levels of job satisfaction.
