Abstract

Adolescence is a critical stage of human development characterized by rapid biological, psychological, and social changes. One of the major concerns during this period is the ability to regulate attention effectively, as it directly influences academic performance, emotional balance, and overall well-being. In recent years, mind-body practices such as mindfulness, breathing awareness, and relaxation techniques have gained recognition as effective strategies for enhancing attentional control.
