Abstract

With the development of BTC, a new door opens to new forms of financial interaction. One form of this would be to use BTC technology to use it as a digital currency. Digital currency is a type of money issued by non-governmental organizations designed to help some people's businesses or social life outside of a small area. We offer a digital cryptocurrency model that adds community funding that group members can borrow if community members vote in favor. We consider potential issues and mitigation issues affecting community funds, including identity issues, voting procedures, and financial management. We think that these weaknesses are generally limited in terms of what needs to be adapted and changed for the benefit of society, and good virtues are limited in terms of what needs to be done.
