The standard and quantity magnifying education is mainly associated with character and innovative ideas used by the teachers for all round development of learners. Teaching is not only a life-long process but it is a science and skill of learning. Teacher designs the road map of the blooming mindset of learners responsible to him. In fact, the true journey of teaching is not presenting a product but a life-long progress of exacting and challenging one leading to the practice of appropriate teaching learning methodologies to suit the teaching learning effectively. Innovative practices enhance the effectiveness of the teacher in teaching and learning of the learners. No exact calculation of challenges in the educational system can be fixed as the human society is being changed with the passage of time sometimes in a speed fast. The 20th century pedagogical and technological advancement did not have similar features of understanding to go with the 21st world intellectual constructivism where learners construct their own system of learning. A stagnant policy and program of teacher education of a country cannot prepare teachers of all situations. No teacher education program can build the fixed future of the students but can prepare the children to encounter the future they have to come across. Yet, teachers require the best and suitable weapons to make a perfect one from many alternatives. To meet such challenges, teachers have to constantly re-evaluate their choice of teaching while considering teaching and learning process. Such ideas are feasible and practicable only after introducing generation of new ideas and intensely training of innovative values as a tool in providing education program. The up-grading along with up-dating process of the teaching skills to concentrate on the latest innovation and constructivist teaching learning for a better society will be highlighted here in this paper as a reflective model of learning.
