Abstract

This paper investigates the essential employability skills required for MBA students in Jaipur, Rajasthan, as they prepare to enter their first professional roles. In the context of campus placements at management institutes, certain skills are highly valued by recruiters and employers, and understanding these can significantly impact students' job readiness and career success.Effective communication is a cornerstone of employability. MBA graduates must be able to articulate their ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and spoken forms.
