Abstract

Linear Algebra, starting with the systems of linear equations and matrices in ancient civilizations, is now the fundamental field of mathematics with a numerous number of practical applications in present science and engineering. In most disciplines, it acts as basic mathematical language in physics, computing, engineering, economics, finance, statistics, and data science. To this end, this paper seeks to review the various domains of Linear Algebra and its application in Machine learning especially introduction and implementation using Python libraries. Linear Algebra (LA) is one of the most elementary subjects taught in Computer Science and provides essential fundamental tools as well as strategies for solving problems in a variety of fields. Due to its ease of use and flexibility, it has a great advantage for specialists, including an extensive number of specialized libraries, for example, NumPy, SciPy, and TensorFlow.
