The study aims to develop, implement, and evaluate a brain-based learning program tailored to enhance scientific literacy in Life Science among secondary school students. Grounded in neuroscience principles, the program integrates active learning, multisensory engagement, and real-life applications to address the competencies of scientific literacy: explaining phenomena scientifically, evaluating and designing scientific inquiry, and interpreting data and evidence. The research employed an experimental approach to assess the program's impact on students’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards Life Science. The findings reveal a significant improvement in scientific literacy, underscoring the efficacy of brain-based learning strategies in science education.
