Abstract

In the 21st century, AI is being used broadly. In education, artificial intelligence is the application of AI to enhance the teaching-learning process.The paper conducted a literature review and collected information from various online articles.Google Scholar, Academic databases like Science Direct, Elsevier, and SSRN, were used to collect relevant information.Some literature reviews describe the pros, while others describe its potential risks and challenges. The literature review has provided some essential suggestions to help us know its ethical concern. Many issues are attached to AI in Education, but we cannot ignore its perks in such a techno-oriented world. It is one of the innovative practices.Shortly the working environment of Education will be enabled by AI-based software such as the Internet of Things, Machine learning, Data science, etc.The study examined the potential applications of generative artificial intelligence in education, emphasizing the drawbacks and restrictions of the technology. Important policies from the global and Indian perspectives are highlighted here to describe the current scenario of AI in Education.
