Abstract

Employees with advanced training and development are thought to be essential to this kind of achievement. Thus, the goal of the research was to find out how employee performance and Blockchain technology relate to one another. The study came to the conclusion that employee performance is significantly impacted by blockchain technology. As a result, it was discovered that all employees had access to well-designed development plans and efficient training programs, allowing them to advance their knowledge and abilities. In the near future, additional research can be done to examine other factors that may influence success, such as talents and involvement.
