Abstract

“People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did but people will never forget how you made them feel”, it’ is a well known quote given by ,Maya Angelo, I really agree to this statement and we know very well there is power in words, our speaking skills and especially in sweet tone and tongue: a lovely presentation leaves a sign of you ,your heart and mind ,you can’t erase it. Present paper focused on above concept, that is obviously human behavior is best role playing whether in case of individual development, group development, individual or group achievement, personality development or organizational development. Human behaviors are many types but two are prominently, positive and negative. Positive behavior is that when any communication occurred people
assumed they got positivity ,enthusiasm,creativity,enhancing willingness to work, job enrichment, job satisfaction,motivation,self-actualization and development of physiological, social and psychological needs. In contrast negative attitude opposite of this, it
involves negativity among the team members, job dissatisfaction, Job burden, lack of proper communication channel, superiors use wrong utilizations of his power authority and positions, high employee turnover, bad advocacy of organization, lack of skill sensitivity and quality education. . Main purpose of this paper to find out role of positive and negative aspects of human behavior and how they assist or destroy the objectives of the organization and also study about factors responsible for that and recommend some strategies towards handling toxic environment in the organization also discusses about discipline measures or legal action towards
consequences of excessisive level of toxic environment in an organization.
