Abstract

 

 

Banking sector is one of the most important sector in India. It is a customer oriented service industry, where the main focus is only on customer and customer services. As we all know, traditional banking system have some limitations, due to this, people are not given the importance to traditional banking functions. Now banking system have been changed with the passage of time, there are  mainly two reasons behind this, firstly due to emerging of technology and secondly economic reforms have been taken by the 'Manmohan Singh'government in 1991. Today customer attitude and thinking has been different due to various e-banking products are very much popular in the market. They are highly appreciated and motivated  the customer because they have to save the time and cost. Modern world bank is fully based on the computerization which is directly connected with the internet. It provide good opportunities to the customer as well as industries for necessary growth and development.
