Abstract

Problem: Professionals in the field of human resources must employ their skills to achieve
personal and organizational goals. However, two critical factors that significantly impact
employee performance are job satisfaction and the workplace environment. In recent times,
internal branding has become a crucial strategy for determined business organizations. This
study aims to explore the relationship between job satisfaction, workplace environment, and their
impact on employee performance. Additionally, the study aims to analyze the mediating role of
internal branding strategies that are responsible for the company's current success.
Purpose: The purpose of this document is to examine the role of the different components and
internal branding's mediating function in the correlation between job performance, job
satisfaction, and the work environment.
Methodology: This research is classified as exploratory in nature. It has gathered data from both
primary and secondary sources, with a sample size of 120. The secondary data collected for the
study was sourced from various online platforms, including academic papers, journals, emagazines, and websites.
Findings: According to the results, the most significant impact on job performance was found
to be from the work environment and management support, including their new policies and
programs. This influence was noted both directly and indirectly. Additionally, flexibility and
internal motivation were found to have a notable effect.
